Frank Tell To Launch Signature Collection
Designer Frank Tell is launching his own signature collection which will debut at New York’ Pure Project on Sept. 6. The 20-year old is busy creating a 16-piece line that includes dresses with a 20s, 30s and 40s influence.
Tell is showing flowing chiffon in solid colors with an updated vintage feel. The line will wholesale from $175 to $450.
