Saks President Steps Down

Saks Fifth Avenue President Andrew Jennings has resigned, leaving company CEO Steve Sadove to assume his responsibilities.

Jennings gave no reason for his departure, other than he wanted to return overseas where he spent a majority of his career. Saks has no plans to replace Jennings.

Saks Vice Chairman and Chief Merchant Ron Frasch could get a career boost in the wake of the management shakeup, according to industry insiders.
