Zoe, Mellon To Sit On Halston Board

Halston has recruited star stylist Rachel Zoe and Jimmy Choo founder Tamara Mellon to sit on the company’s advisory board. In their new roles, the fashionistas will help set up a new creative team and oversee fashion shows.

The Halston brand was purchased by Harvey Weinstein and private equity firm Hilco Consumer Capital earlier this week and speculation is running rampant about who will be selected as chief designer.
